Participants will join one of five groups.

Each group will focus on one of the outcome areas. Skilled facilitators will take participants through a journey of unpacking limiting assumptions and unlocking liberating assumptions.

Outcome areas
Resilience – Preparing children to respond to uncertainty, novelty, change and adversity
Aptitude – Building powerful brains that are ready and able to learn in a digital age
Empathy – Ensuring that children are able to see the world from someone else’s viewpoint
Imagination – Stimulating the spirit of imagination in children to unlock their creativity
Ingenuity – Sparking the ability to problem-solve and innovate right from the beginning

14h00-15h30 Workshop session 2: Ideate and Co-create

Staying in their dedicated group, participants will apply human centred design thinking to early years challenges and opportunities.

Participants will co-create new and transformative ideas through a guided process of idea mapping.
