Deputy CEO, DG Murray Trust
Kentse holds the position of Deputy CEO at DG Murray Trust (DGMT). She previously headed DGMT’s work focused on early childhood development and education as the Innovation Director providing strategic leadership to Keep All Children on Track by Grade four.
Prior to DGMT, she held the role of Project Manager: Systems Innovation at the Bertha Centre for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship. In her role she was responsible for managing active projects, initiating catalytic projects and conducting research that focuses on the complexity within systems work, social innovation, institutional theory and systems innovation.
She is also a Senior Atlantic Fellow for Health Equity; a Mail & Guardian 2019 Top 200 Young South Africans award recipient; a Public Health Association of South Africa PHILA Emerging Practitioner Award winner; a Fulbright Scholar and an Allan Gray Orbis Foundation Fellow.
